El nuevo álbum de Bjork lleva por titulo Medulla,, este saldrá a la venta el 30 de agosto a nivel internacional, a excepción de Estados Unidos, donde será publicado un día después. Se dice que el single a promocionar es Oceania, y que será publicado el 15 de Agosto, unas horas despues de su partipacion en la apertura de los Juegos Olimpicos de este año.

Mark Bell: Parte medular del colectivo ingles LFO, con l que Bjork colaboro al inicio de su carrera de solista (por allá del año 93 del pasado siglo), mas tarde, colaboro nuevamente con Mark en la realización de Homogenic así como en la composición de SelmaSongs.

Mike Patton: Otro californiano, creador de Mr Bungle band, quizás lo mas conocido de el a nivel mundial fue su participación como vocalista de Faith No More

Matmos: El dueto de música experimental californiano con el que Bjork ha mantenido una constante colaboración desde hace 3 años (cuando grabaran el Vespertine), ademas de salir de gira con ellos en el tour del mismo cd.

Tanya Tagaq Gills: Estuvo presente en la misma gira que Matmos, durante los shows del Vespertine tour, donde hacia intros o solos durante algunas canciones (como introducción de Hidden Place, como apertura del segundo acto del show, etc).

Ilê Aiyê: Banda afro-brasileña de pèrcusionistas.

Rahzel: En el año 99 realizo un album solo, tras haber colaborado con el colectivo de Hip Hop The Rotos, en esa etapa se gano el titulo de “percussionist singer”.

Dokata: Artista japonés, maestro de la caja de ritmos a nivel experimental.

Valgeir Sigurdsson: Productor, mezclador y programador. Estuvo detrás de la consola en la producción de Vespertine y SelmaSongs.

Arto Lindsay: Artista brasileño nacido en el año 53, trabajo con Mathew Herbert en su ultimo álbum (Mathew Herbert Big Band), Bjork se ha confesado como su fan en varias ocasiones.
